SPRING 2020 KICKBALL SEASON
Postponed to Fall 2020

Dates/Times: All games will be played on Sunday afternoons between 11:30AM - 3:30PM. Games are 45 minutes each and will start at the bottom of the hour.

Facility: We will be playing at Garfield Park, located at 12345 Pagoda Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46203

Registration Cost: $30 per player, which includes your registered player T-shirt (see registration information section below). The league is open to all and those in need of an equitable registration option can email us for more information.

Registration Information: Registration for the Spring 2020 league begins on Sunday, February 9, 2020 to Saturday, February 29th, 2020; or when the league is full. **SOLD OUT ON 2/24/20**

• A team is formed when 14 players register and pay within 24 hours. Each team may have up to 18 players. Any team that does not have the required 14 registered players when registration closes will revert to incorporating free agents until the number reaches the minimum. We will do our best to keep groups together in the case that a minimum 14 players is not met.
• Captains: If you plan on being the captain of a team, you will need to register first, create the correct team and team name and then have players register under your team name. An email will be sent once you have signed up with additional team information and responsibilities as a captain; you will select your T-shirt color when you register your team. Captains and Co-Captains are also required to attend a mandatory Captain meeting on Sunday, March 8, 2020 (details to follow). If neither the captain nor the co-captain are able to attend, they must provide a representative in their place.
• Players:
  • I plan to create a team: If you plan to create a team you will need to register as a team captain (see above). Then you can tell your friends to register as a team player and join your team. To become an official team, you must register 14 players.
  • I plan to join a team: If you already know with which team you are going to play on, you will need to register as a team player. Keep in mind that you can't randomly join any team; captains may ask that a player be removed from their team prior to the close of registration. Captains can email Andrew or Grant to move a player from their team but only after the captain has communicated with the player first and explained why.
  • I want to play but I don't have a team: That's fantastic! This league is about making new friends. Register as a free agent, or if you have a small group of friends, create a "small group" and we will do our best to place you all together!

Zero Tolerance Policy: Stonewall Sports Indianapolis has zero tolerance of any bullying or harassment of any kind and for any reason of any player, captain, referee, official, participant, sponsor, director, officer or spectator. Harassment can be verbal, physical or visual, and includes all unwelcome conduct that affects someone else. The Stonewall Sports Indianapolis Board of Directors has an open-door policy and welcomes you to report any conduct by any player, captain, referee, official, participant, sponsor, director, officer, or spectator that makes you feel uncomfortable. The Board of Directors takes all allegations and reports seriously and will thoroughly investigate all claims, and if warranted, will take all appropriate action.
